Privacy boundary
H.E.R maps structural telemetry and reduced signals from interactions you choose to have through her. The goal is bounded interaction continuity, not hidden surveillance.
What H.E.R may process
- Interaction traces you enter or route through H.E.R.
- Structural telemetry and reduced signals such as context, constraints, drift, recovery, continuity, and signal state.
- Explicit memory mode choices, consent state, and product settings.
Memory modes
Memory is explicit. Modes may include memory off, session-specific memory, restricted memory, or future durable continuity modes. Durable learning should require visible controls and user choice.
Provider calls
When you use model features, provider calls may send user prompts and bounded context to selected AI providers so they can generate responses. Provider payloads should be limited to the selected interaction need.
H.E.R-ID boundary
H.E.R-ID is not intended to be exposed as a raw provider tracking handle.
No sale or advertising tracking in MVP
H.E.R does not sell personal data. H.E.R does not use advertising tracking in the MVP unless later disclosed.
